Transport Compliance Officer / Auditor:
The role of the Transport Compliance Officer (TCO) is to provide all services from our Compliance Division and to aid assistance to all other operational divisions of TCTS Group & TCTS Ireland. The role involves providing full Support Services to licensed Transport Operators within both the Road Haulage and Passenger Transport Sectors which includes the weekly/monthly or quarterly operational management of - Operator Licence, Vehicles, Drivers, Maintenance, Tachograph Analysis and Management (supported by our in-house Tachograph Analysis Division), investigations, disciplinary, health & safety, DVA/DVSA/RSA representation, public inquiry representation, vehicle roadworthiness & maintenance departments continuity inspections (supported by our in-house Vehicle Inspection Division) and training which again is support by our dedicated Training & Development Division.
Full Training and a Career Development Plan is implemented with this post.
Transport - Industry - Adhoc Trainers
TCTS Group and TCTS Ireland endeavour to offer and provide a broad range of relevant, specific and bespoke training services in a professional manner to a wide range of clients.
The role of our Trainers is to deliver and develop high level, industry changing Training to clients and customers both onsite face to face and remotely as instructor led.
We are industry known for our Company Bespoke Training courses, cutting the mould from death by PowerPoint and bringing as much relevant practical training back.
With over 180 courses we don’t expect trainers to walk in and be able to teach them all. But with our Career Development programme we will ensure that you are trained to the highest levels in as many areas as you want to train in.
Forklift / Material Handling Instructor - Trainer
The role of our FLT Trainers is to provide Onsite & Remote training in the safe use of FLT’s and Material Handling equipment.
Within this space we don’t ‘Set the Standard’ - We ARE the Standard.
Therefore we cut the mould of death by powerpoint and the current standards of lifting a pallet up - and then putting it back down again !
All our FLT training is bespoke to the type of work and industry that the client operates in. As a leading Investigation Company we are all to aware of the high number of fatal & serious injury cases involving material handling equipment. This is why we provide a full Training & Development Programme for all our successful candidates.
Operational Support Staff
Or as we like to call them - The back bone of our company.
The role of our Op’s Support Staff is to provide daily admin, compliance, training, tachograph, operator licence, investigation, customer service and service delivery support.
Over the past 26 years we have never been able to simply grab these guys of the shelve therefore, we onboard, train and develop them to the highest standards as demanded by TCTS Group.

Vehicle Inspectors / Examiners
The Role of our VI’s is to provide a number of professional services for Road Haulage Operators, Passenger Transport Operators, Government Bodies, Councils, Law enforcement bodies and Private Company’s.

Fleet Safety Inspections (Onsite within the operators licence frequency)

As HGV/PCV mechanics we are built to diagnose and repair. However, the next stage of your career is here waiting. Health and Safety Officer
Why does Internal Health and Safety never work?
This is why our dedicated H&S Division was created. Being on the payroll as staff heavily effects the outcome of what you say and do. As an External, Independent Specialist provider what we find is what we report.
However, it does not stop at this.
The role of the HSO is to professionally provide all Health and Safety services from the H&S Divisions of TCTS Group – TCTS Group Ireland. The purpose of the role is to ensure that clients H&S requirements are met every time.
This includes services such as:
Onsite Health & Safety Inspections (Announced and unannounced)
Health and Safety Continuous support
Development and implementation of Company & Industry bespoke Policies, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures

Business Development Manager
The most important element of our business is Client Protection and Support.
However, unfortunately most of our inquiries become clients after they have been contacted by Transport Enforcement, Roads Policing, Traffic Commissioners, the PPS or the Transport Regulation Unit.
This has shown us over the years that operators and businesses do not know what we do.

Building new customer relationships while maintaining our current high level of customer service and support is the focus of the BDM.

PA / Executive Assistant to the CEO
TCTS Group is made up of 6 companies and 21 divisions

The role of the PA is to professionally provide proactive, comprehensive and professional PA and administrative duties to support the work of the Founding Managing Director, CEO and Senior Management Board within TCTS Group, TCTS Ireland and the overall Group of businesses.
Working side by side the MD/CEO on a daily basis the PA/EA will act as their right hand. As the company continues to rapidly grow so will the skills and role of the PA.
The role will involve working remotely from home, at any of the company locations. Travel to meet clients, associates, partners, providers etc may be required as you represent the company.
